What details should I have ready?
Have your celebration date, the number of people you’re feeding and a little about the occasion ready.
How far ahead should I order?
Check with the bakery about lead times and availability before making plans around a cake.
When is my preorder confirmed?
Wait for confirmation from the bakery before treating your cake order and collection arrangements as agreed.
What if I have a food allergy?
